Meet Miss Racine 2026

Rosie Miliacca

Rosie Miliacca, earned the title of Miss Racine 2026 this December. Rosie is ready to start serving the Racine community promoting her initiative; "W.I.S.H. - Wishes Ignite Strength and Hope". Rosie plans to expand her advocacy work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation into the Racine community and also create spaces for youth and families to learn and guide each other through difficult times and experiences. Rosie has an impressive resume as a pre-school teacher, was a part of the Disney college program and is the president of the Oak Creek Optimist Club. Rosie did a baton twirling routine to "I'm Still Standing" at the Miss Racine Competition. She is a student at the University of Wisconsin- Parkside pursuing a degree in Marketing in hopes to become a Public Affairs Officer for the FBI.

ARE YOU READY TO CoMPETE?

Eligibility:

  • Need to either live or work in Racine or Racine County or be a full-time student at UW-Parkside. Documentation will be required

  • Miss Contestants- Have to be between the ages of 18-28. Must be 18 by June on 2026 and no older than 27 by June of 2026

  • Teen Contestants- Have to be between the ages of 14-17. Must be 14 by June of 2026 and no older than 17 by June of 2026

Areas of Competition:

  • 10 minute private interview

  • Talent (no longer than 1:30)

  • Health & Fitness (required to wear Red Rebel Athletics wear)

  • Evening Gown

  • On Stage Conversation (one question related to your CSI)

Once a Contestant:

  • Submit Talent Sound Alike Song as an mp3

  • Submit Headshot

  • Purchase Rebel Athletics Red Miss America official fitness wear

  • Create Spotfund account and raise a minimum of $30 for American Heart Association

  • Submit $250 in program book ads (can be submitted by a business to benefit you)

  • Complete Local Contestant Contract

TIPS TO THE CROWN

Resource Team:

We have created a resource team comprised of some of the most experienced and successful women within the Miss Wisconsin Organization and beyond. These women are volunteering their time to meet with you individually to help you feel prepared for the competition. They can assist you in the following areas.

  • Paperwork editing

  • Talent suggestions

  • Interview mock sessions

  • Wardrobe consolation

Competition Focus:

  • Equally practice all areas of competition daily (just 15 minutes a day helps)

  • Be open minded about advice from experienced individuals

  • Start your CSI work NOW, implement your plan before winning the crown

  • Continue to be involved in the community

  • Create an organized plan for how you will manage all expectations for competing and outside responsibilities

  • Complete all deadlines ON TIME, if not completed directors can remove you from the contestant list

  • Use your resources to prepare including your wardrobe

AFTER THE CROWN

Miss Racine Duties

The Miss Racine role is a non-paid ambassador position. You will be expected to serve the community of Racine and represent Racine at the Miss Wisconsin Competition. Below are the following expectations.

    • Create your own CSI related appearances

    • Attend community events

    • Be a social media ambassador for the Miss Racine Org.

    • Compete at Miss Wisconsin (mandatory)

    The Miss Racine Organization is very open minded and flexible dependent on your school or work schedule as long as you make being Miss Racine a priority.
